Description
16,000mAh Battery with Dual USB Outputs
This is enough to fully recharge a smartphone 2.5 – 5.5 times*, and with dual USB outputs, you can charge two devices at the same time. The 2.4-Amp output can charge a standard smartphone phone within the same time as charging it from a wall socket, and the 2.1-Amp Micro-USB input can fully recharge the SunSaver Classic in less than 9-hours.
*Based on a 4,000mAh and 1,800mAh battery capacity, respectively.
Built Tough for the Outdoors
Being waterproof, shockproof, and dustproof means the SunSaver Classic will survive any situation. With an IP67 waterproof rating, there is no worry if the SunSaver Classic gets caught in the rain or dropped in a stream. And with an operating temperature range from 0 – 45°C, it doesn’t matter if you’re climbing a mountain, or crossing a desert.
Solar Power
Unlike other power banks that are dead weights when flat, SunSaver power banks have a built-on solar panel to get free charge from the sun. Although it does take over 80-hours of sunlight to fully recharge the Classic, just one good day of solar charging can store up to an extra half of a charge for your phone*. To charge the SunSaver Classic faster from the sun, you can plug in a SunSaver Power-Flex, or Super-Flex solar panel charger; and can be purchased as a package deal.
*Solar charging varies based on the time of day, year, and location.
LED Flashlight
Not just a power bank, but also your solar torch, which is perfect for any blackout. The 110-Lumen LED lights are powerful enough to light up a campsite, or the back of a boat; and efficient enough to last over 50-hours from one charge of the power bank. What’s more, the light features strobe and SOS modes.
18-Month Warranty

Can the SunSaver Classic charge anything other than phones?
Yes, the SunSaver Classic can charge most 5-Volt, USB powered devices. For example, bluetooth speakers, action cameras, e-readers, gaming devices, torches, tablets, and much more.
Is the SunSaver Classic safe to take on a plane?
Yes, the SunSaver Classic is allowed on most planes, because its battery is less than 100-Wh (Watt-hours). However, it must be taken as carry-on luggage only. You can find out more in our blog post: Your complete guide to flying with a power bank
How long does the SunSaver Classic take to fully charge by solar?
Over 80 hours of direct sunlight. Yet just one good day of solar charging is enough to store up to an extra half a charge for a standard smartphone into the power bank.
This time can be reduced to less than 2.5 days of solar charging using the SunSaver Power-Flex, or less than 1 day using the SunSaver Super-Flex solar panel charger.
How long will the SunSaver Classic last for?
It all depends on how much it is used, and how it is stored. The SunSaver Classic has an A-Grade Lithium-Polymer battery which is rated for over 500 cycles from flat to full. For example, if the SunSaver Classic charges your phone 4 times from one full charge, it could give you over 2,000 charges over its lifetime. However, after a few years, the battery performance will start to degrade, which is the case for any type of power bank.
