Shipping Policy
Overview
Orders are typically shipped by New Zealand Couriers or Post Haste. Orders are dispatched from Wellsford daily.
Please allow 2 – 4 working days to receive your order. Orders in rural areas usually take an extra working day. Also, our power bank products are classified as ‘Dangerous Goods’ and can take an extra working day to deliver.
Please be aware that there may be instances when we cannot get your item delivered within the estimated time frames, for instance, during the Christmas period when there are increased shipping volumes.
If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before ordering.
Delivery will currently be delayed due to damage to the courier network.
